Got a question about ordering a print? Have a read through the FAQ here first and if you still can't find what you're looking for feel free to email me directly and I'll help you out the best I can.

• How long will it take for my print to arrive?

All prints and artworks are sent via Australia Post in a sealed cardboard tube. According to their website, deliveries made within Australia are expected to take 3-4 business days, while international deliveries can take 7-10 business days.
We all know how amazingly on time postal services can be, so maybe allow a few more days just to be safe. If it feels like you've been waiting too long, and you're getting anxious about your print, send me a message and I'll chase it down for you.

• I changed my mind, can I get a refund?

Short answer, no.
Unfortunately, once a print has been ordered and paid for there is no refunds. I like to ensure you get your prints as soon as possible and so as soon as your order comes through, I package it up and get it ready to send away. I'm not as fit as i like to think I am and chasing after the postal truck to get your print back after you change your mind is not too good for my health. 

• Do you have more than just prints for sale? I'd love a sticker or a shirt

On this store I don't just yet. I will update the page once I manage to get a bulk order of shirts made up and find somewhere to store them.
I do however have different designs available on my RedBubble , Teepublic and Society6 online stores. If you're unfamiliar with these, they are 'print to order' sites and will print and deliver individual stickers, shirts, hoodies, cushions, clocks, mugs ... pretty much anything you want a picture on. I have designs specifically made just for these sites, so feel free to go and check them out and see if you like anything!

• Do you do custom artwork/commissions?

Yes. Depending on how booked up I am, I may be able to take on commissions. Head over to the contact page, send me a message and we can discuss the details of what you're after. Please keep in mind that custom artwork is priced as such, so don't be too shocked when the quote looks different to the price of the prints in the store.

• Can I get a discount?

Yes! Patreon supporters get access to monthly discount codes which can be a range of things from Free Shipping through to discounts off your entire order!

• Is there any other way I can support you?
